Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help us provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:

  •      24 Hours Notice       Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us       enough time to offer your slot to another client.
  •      Late Cancellations      Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation         fee of 50% of the booked service.
  •      No-Shows      Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of        the service fee.
  •      Running Late?     If you’re running late, please let us know. We may need to shorten or reschedule your        service to avoid delaying the next client.
  •      Online Bookings    When booking online, your credit card details may be required to secure your appointment.    Fees (if any) will only be charged according to the policy above.
